General information

Our website can be used to a limited extent without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address, date of birth or email addresses) is collected on our pages or forms, this is always done on a voluntary basis.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible. We have taken technical and operational precautions to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our security procedures are regularly reviewed and adapted to technological advances.

We only process the personal data that we receive from you voluntarily as part of your visit to our website or through other information from you.

Analysis tools and third-party tools

It may happen that content from third parties, such as videos from YouTube, Facebook links, map material from Google Maps or graphics from other websites, as well as analysis tools, are integrated within our online offer. This usually requires that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) perceive the IP address of the users. However, we have no influence on the third-party providers using the IP address, e.g. B. save for statistical purposes. As far as this is known to us, we inform the users about this.

Some of the third-party providers mentioned may be located outside your country or outside the EU or process your personal data there. The level of data protection in other countries may not correspond to that in your country. For example, companies in the USA are obliged to disclose personal data to security authorities without those affected being able to take legal action. However, without your consent, we only transfer your personal data to countries within the EU or to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection or we take, as far as possible, measures to ensure that a adequate level of data protection. In the case of your express consent to data transfer to third countries, data processing is also based on Article 49 Paragraph 1 lit a GDPR. If data transmission is necessary to fulfill a contract, your data will be processed on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit b

Storage duration

In the event that no special storage periods are specified in this data protection declaration, we will store your personal data, if necessary, for the duration of the entire business relationship in accordance with the statutory retention periods and documentation requirements or for as long as there is a legitimate interest in processing. Legal bases of data processing

SSL or TLS encryption on the website

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, we use SSL or TLS encryption.
You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Objecting to Promotional Emails

We hereby object to the use of published contact data to send unsolicited advertising and information material. The site operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising being sent, such as spam e-mails.

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to subsequently check this data if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.

Contact form, email, telephone, fax

If you send us inquiries by email or other means, your details, including the contact details and file attachments you provided there, will be processed by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and stored by us for 3 months in the event of follow-up questions and then deleted, unless because a contractual relationship arises from it or you request us to delete it beforehand or revoke your consent to storage. We also do not pass on this data without your consent.



Functions of the video service YouTube are integrated on our website. The provider is Google Inc., 600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

If you visit one of our websites on which YouTube is integrated, a connection to the YouTube servers will be established. The YouTube server is informed which of our pages you have visited.

Furthermore, YouTube can store various cookies on your end device or use comparable technologies for recognition (e.g. device fingerprinting). In this way, YouTube can receive information about visitors to this website. This information is used i.a. used to collect video statistics, improve usability and prevent fraud attempts.

If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

YouTube is used in the interest of an optimal presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

The data collected through this service will be transmitted to a third country (USA). The legal basis for this data transfer is also your express consent in accordance with Art. 49 Para. 1 lit a in conjunction with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a GDPR. Even before you gave your consent, we informed you that there is currently no data protection level in the USA that corresponds to the standards of the EU. For this reason, the European Court of Justice II declared the "Privacy Shield" (adequacy decision according to Art. 45 GDPR) invalid.
You have the option to revoke your consent to data processing at any time.
